The output voltage is adjusted by coarse and fine adjustment potentiometers and can be continuously adjusted from 0 to the rated voltage range in the same gear. The load current is also adjusted from 0 to the rated current range with coarse and fine adjustment potentiometers to obtain any value. Both output values can be accurately read from the voltmeter and ammeter. The excellent stability and ripple are very much in line with modern circuit design requirements.
